Scope is in limited release. We are opening to a small group of design partner firms. See what works today

For law firms

Describe the job. Real prices in seconds. Engaged, tracked, done.

Ask the AI your team already uses for the professionals your case needs - process servers, records, court reporters. Their standing prices return in seconds, under their own names. You pick; the job tracks itself and closes with payment and proof. No subscription, no seats, you pay only when work completes, and you see every dollar.

Live in production with demo mode available, opening to our first firms and professionals now. Works with Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot.

Try one matter right here.

Demo mode: fictional matters, sample professionals, nothing dispatched and no money moved. Run it, pick a professional, and choose what happens next.

Press Run. Two calls go out: the bare ask, then the same ask with the work order attached. What comes back is what you see here.

POST /api/mcp/legal (tool: scope_dispatch_matter)
// Every step below is a real call to /api/mcp/legal.
// Request and response both land here, verbatim.

How many staff hours does sourcing outside professionals cost your firm every year?

Three inputs. See the coordination time your caseload carries, and what changes when your AI engages the professional directly.

225
Estimated from your practice and firm size. Drag if it's off.
45 min
Calls, quotes, and follow-up to get one job done. Starts at our estimate of 45.
5 min
Asking in your AI and approving the quote. Starts at our estimate of 5.

What sourcing outside professionals costs your firm every year, beyond the work itself

2,025 jobs a year
serves, records requests, depositions, and similar: about 9 per plaintiff PI case on 225 cases
1,519 staff hours
coordinating that work today, at 45 minutes a job

1,350 hours back a year

Modeled at 45 minutes a job today and 5 minutes with Scope, across 2,025 jobs. Your inputs, not a measured result. The work itself costs the professional's published price either way.

Engage, manage, and pay the trusted professionals your cases depend on, from inside the AI your firm already uses. Real prices in seconds, every job and every dollar on the record. No subscription, no seats, you pay only when work completes, and you see every dollar.

How the estimate works

Caseload starts at 45 litigated cases per attorney a year for a plaintiff PI practice, and each case at about 9outside-professional jobs. Both are our estimates; the cases slider replaces the first with your number. Hours are jobs times minutes, today and with Scope, rounded. This is staff time, not price: the job costs the professional's published price plus Scope's line. Scope's fee is 15 percent of the professional's price, shown as its own line on your invoice.

THE PART OF YOUR PRACTICE STUCK IN 1996

Every case depends on people outside the firm. Engaging them still runs on voicemail and PDF invoices.

Without Scope
With Scope
Call three servers to engage one, then call back for status.
Describe the job once. Standing prices return in seconds, booked in one round-trip.
PDF invoices reconciled by hand.
You pay the professional's own published rate card, on the record before the job goes out.
Proof of service lives in an email thread, if it exists at all.
Each attempt logged with its time, and its GPS location when the phone shares it. Photos and declarations on the matter, one audit trail per matter.
Knowing where the work stands means another phone call.
Ask your AI where the work stands. Progress, documents, and proof are on the matter.
WITHIN YOUR RULES

Your professionals, your roster, your rules.

Your roster
Bring the professionals you already trust. They answer first, every time.
Open pricing
Want competition? Every qualified professional's standing price, side by side.
Approved-only
Procurement mode restricts every engagement to your approved list. Nothing dispatches outside it.
Conflict gate
Name the adverse parties and Scope filters professionals with declared relationships to them before the dispatch goes out.
Credentials
Licenses and credentials verified before a professional can take your work.

All of it runs on encrypted, tenant-isolated infrastructure with a signed, append-only audit trail on every action. Security and trust · Security review, self-serve.

Illustrative - sample data
Scope spend and approvals dashboard for a firm

Your spend, approvals, and roster on one dashboard. Sample data.

Encrypted, isolated, audited - by default

  • AES-256
Encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • Row-level isolation
Every tenant-scoped table gated per firm.
  • Append-only audit
Actor, timestamp, and IP on every action.
  • SOC 2 Type I
    In preparation; evidence on request.
AND THE FILE PROVES ITSELF

Every job writes its own evidence.

Service attempts logged with their time, and their GPS location when the phone shares it. Declarations signed by the professional's own team, never by Scope, and the matter says so when an attempt is recorded as made by someone other than the signer. Invoice, payment, and every status change on one audit trail per matter. When someone says prove it, the answer is an export.

WHAT YOUR FIRM GETS

The price, the decision, and the record. Up front.

Published
The price before you approve
Every professional publishes a standing rate card and keeps every dollar of it. You see the quoted cost, their price plus Scope's line, before anything is sent. Scope's fee is 15 percent of the professional's price, shown as its own line on your invoice.
One ask
From the AI you already use
Ask in Claude or ChatGPT. Scope sends the job, routes the approval, and follows it through, so nobody is on the phone chasing it.
On file
Proof with the work
Proof of service for serves (attempt times, and GPS location when the phone shares it), the filed copy for filings, the documents for records requests. On the matter, not in an inbox.
Two lines
A bill you can read
Billed at completion: the professional's price and Scope's fee, itemized. Pass-through costs stay outside the fee.

You see every dollar. The professional's price, and ours.

No subscription, no seats, you pay only when work completes, and you see every dollar. Scope's fee is 15 percent of the professional's price, shown as its own line on your invoice. Two lines, always: the professional's price, and Scope's fee. Never one blended number. Try it on one serve, or one records pull, on a single case.
